Welcome to San Diego Urban Farm! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Online Orders

• All sales are conducted online through our official website.
• Customers can choose either delivery or pickup when placing an order.

2. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery: We deliver within a 10-mile radius of our business location at 1070 56th St, San Diego, CA 92114 for a $10 fee.
• Pickup: Orders can be picked up at the above address.
• Availability: Orders placed before 2 PM are available for next-day delivery or pickup between 12 PM and 8 PM.
• Customers must provide an accurate delivery address or ensure timely pickup. We are not responsible for orders left uncollected after the agreed pickup time.

3. Payment Methods

• We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
• Payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Custom Orders

• Custom orders are available and must be communicated via email at vanessa@sdurbanfarm.com.
• Custom orders may require additional lead time and approval.

5. Allergen Information

• Our products are prepared in a facility that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
• Customers with severe allergies are advised to inquire about specific products before purchasing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including their phone number for order notifications.
• San Diego Urban Farm is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Refund Policy

• Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility, non-refundable items, and how to request a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

• San Diego Urban Farm is not liable for:
  • Delays or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).
  • Adverse reactions due to allergens if not disclosed prior to purchase.
  • Losses arising from delays or errors in the preparation or handling of orders.
