This is our SD Urban Farm Complete Sourdough Kit, designed for anyone who wants to begin baking real sourdough at home.

At the heart of the kit is our 100-year-old sourdough starter, originally from my great-great-grandmother’s kitchen in Germany. Passed down through generations, it’s a living culture that continues to bake beautiful bread today.

Everything you need to begin your sourdough journey is included.

• Fermentation jar with linen cover

• Banneton proofing basket

• Dough scraper

• Bread lame for scoring
